Relaxing at Pinetrees
Pinetrees is one riding holiday destination where it's hard for non riders to be bored. Situated between the up-market golf and tennis resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Largo and only a short distance from the beach, a world of excellent land and water sports are at your disposal. There is also great shopping close by, both up-market and traditional, in the nearby town of Almancil and in the resorts. There is also lots of night-life, with clubs, bars and dozens of restaurants within easy reach.
ACCOMMODATION
The holiday price includes your stay at Beverley's comfortable Pinetrees villa which offers a range of accommodation:
- Almond Suite - double bed with en-suite bath & w.c.
- Orange Trees Suite - twin beds with en-suite shower & w.c.
- Sea Shore Room - twin beds with shared shower & w.c.
- Iris Suite - single bed with shower & w.c.
As an alternative we are now also able to offer a two bedroom villa close by, which will give you the opportunity to self cater and enjoy your own pool and sauna. For full details see below.
SELF-CATERING VILLA OPTION
For those people who would rather self-cater in a villa of their own we can now offer the option during summer months (June – September) of staying at the nearby Villa Veseter. A traditionally furnished local villa with a beautiful well established garden, pool and air conditioning.
Less than ten minutes walk from Pinetrees, Villa Veseter offers all the comforts of home for up to four people in two twin bed rooms, (one with en-suite bathroom), a compact well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric oven and even a purified and tested drinking water tap.
The villa has a comfortable living and dining room with doors opening out on to the barbeque area, terraces and the sauna and pool, which have their own changing room, shower and w.c.
The pool is equipped with the latest advanced technology, which provides sparkling clean, crystal clear, purified water with the minimum chlorine. If you have children with you it's worth noting that the 4 x 10m pool has a 1m shallow end and a deep end of 2.10m so you may need to ensure an adult is always present if small children are swimming.
The villa is only 2.5km from golden sandy beaches and you'll find supermarkets, fishmonger, butcher, banks and all the other shops you'll need in nearby Almancil, just ten minutes away by car. Buganvilla Plaza, just five minutes away, has a good range of restaurants, a bank and some nice upmarket fashion shops.

COUNTRY CLUB LIFE
For
those times when you are not riding and you need to stretch and relax
your riding muscles, Pinetrees can now offer guests the use of the facilities
at the nearby Four Seasons Country Club where you can book a massage or
enjoy their pools, sauna, jacuzzi and gym.
The Club also has some of the best bars and restaurants in the area.

We can arrange for lessons at the Jim Stewart Tennis Academy at Quinta do Lago, either private lessons with Jim or his resident coaches, semi-private lessons, daily round robins for adults and juniors and a range of special clinics.
