Booking a Horse Riding Holiday with Horse-e-World

DECIDE WHICH CENTRE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK

1. Check availability

Call us on our UK number +44 (0)20 8904 3964 or email: Anne@horse-e-world.com to check availability and to make a provisional booking. Please remember to tell us which dates and in which centre you are interested. We'll let you know if there is availability for the dates you prefer, reserve the places you need for 7 days and send you a request for the required 10% deposit, while you book flights.

Age: We are only allowed to accept bookings from people aged 18 years or older.

2. Book your flights

Plus essential insurance and car hire if required, or hotel if you intend to take an extended break after or before you riding holiday. You'll find some handy links on the left and on our Useful Links page.

Insurance

Although sensible, well regulated riding holidays, should not be dangerous, as with skiing holidays, accidents can happen. All our centres therefore make it a condition that each rider has insurance to cover themselves for riding accidents. While we make no warranty or recommendation, we have included details on the left of this page, of one company that offers insurance of this nature.

3. Make your booking

Once you have booked your flights confirm your booking by sending us the completed booking form for the centre you have chosen, together with a deposit of 10% of the total holiday price as requested (See 'Payment' below). Full payment is required if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure. You'll find the right booking form by clicking the link below.

4. Confirmation

We will send you confirmation of the booking together with a receipt for your deposit and an invoice for the balance.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. All payments must be made in pounds sterling. A deposit of 10% of the holiday price is required at the time of booking and the balance of the cost of your holiday must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Payment in full is required at the time of booking if the holiday is booked less than 8 weeks prior. Bookings made within two weeks of the start of the holiday must be paid by bank transfer.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer please ask and we will send you the appropriate bank details.

6. Terms & Conditions

7. Arrival details

Once the balance of the payment is made, we will send a receipt, together with details of your transfer to the centre on arrival. Some centres have a fixed arrival or pick-up time, which may mean you will have to keep yourself amused for a time if you arrive very early.

Please remember to advise us if your travel details change after you have sent us your completed Booking Form.

8. Don't forget

Please remember to bring: your passport, tickets, driving licence (if planning to hire a car), travel, holiday and accident insurance as specified, European Health Insurance Card (if European citizen), holiday details, approved riding hat, jods or breeches, riding boots or jod boots.

Some centres can provide riding hats, but you will need to bring sensible footwear in which to ride. For health and safety reasons, trainers or shoes without heels will not be accepted.
